Safety Disclaimer and Release of Liability – Coulee Country Blinds

By purchasing any blind, stand, trailer, or related product from Coulee Country Blinds ("Seller"), the purchaser ("Buyer") acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the installation, placement, maintenance, and use of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, risks arising from improper installation, improper use, or placement on uneven, unstable, or otherwise unsafe terrain.

2. Release of Liability: Upon purchase, Buyer agrees that Coulee Country Blinds, its owners, agents, employees, and authorized dealers shall be fully released and discharged from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, including death, that may be sustained by Buyer or any third party, whether caused by the negligence of Seller or otherwise.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee of Safety: Coulee Country Blinds makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, installation, or performance of its products once sold. Buyer accepts the product "as-is" and acknowledges that safe installation and use are their sole responsibility.

4. Indemnification: Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coulee Country Blinds from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees and court costs) arising out of Buyer’s installation, use, or misuse of the product.

5. Consultation and Safety Information: Buyers are strongly encouraged to contact their Coulee Country Blinds dealer for guidance on recommended installation procedures and common safety practices prior to use.

By completing the purchase, Buyer expressly agrees to the terms outlined above. Coulee Country Blinds accepts no responsibility for the use, installation, or location of any product after the sale.
